"For Strengthening The Law" ("Aram Manukian") Medal.
Here is the "For Strengthening The Law" ("Aram Manukian") Medal («Իրավակարգի Ամրապնդման Համար» («Արամ Մանուկյան») Մեդալ), the second highest award of the Republic Of Armenia Police.
Awarded for "To Police employees for significant contribution to the Police, operations development, strengthening law and order, combating crime, maintaining of public order and security protection and the education of staff. This is #0387. (It came on an MES Veteran suspension - which will probably be useful later)
