Standard unnumbered medals (other than MMM and MC) were, at best, very irregularly written up in the Uchetnaya Kartochka.
The practice to indicate them became more common a bit later, then seems to have fallen into lower practice again sometime about the mid-1970.

But at the same time we can not assume that they are they because there is a chance they are.

If it IS there it is a definite anything else can only be speculation.

It certainly isn't impossible to reunite groups. The odds are not good but it has been known to happen. I've reunited items with odds of worse than 500000/1.
