Jubilee Medal "10 Years Of Customs Organs 1991-2001".

It is, for some reason, very difficult for me to get hold of customs awards. However, I have come by this example of a medal that wasn't; it is a prototype design that did not make it to final production and, as such, it is quite rare. I suppose I look for these because it represents that which I used to do (and miss terribly) for a living; anyway, the striking of the medal itself remained the same, although the enamel in the center became white. The outer ring on the obverse of the medal was left plain (without the grey enamel). The reverse of the medal remained the same. The 6 sided suspension was reduced to 4 sides (a long rectangle); the wreath "hangar" pointing downwards here was made to go straight across the bottom of the suspension and, finally, the yellow stripe on the ribbon's left edge was removed, with the red stripes moved closer to the right edge of the ribbon.
