Badge "For Stahkanovist Labour".

Finally found one of these. It's from the late '40's/early '50's and is numbered 177. Multi-piece bronze with hot enamel, which is in very good shape for the age of the piece. Komuna nut.

A very nice badge, I want one now! I believe these came into being in 1952. I suppose a matching document would be too much to ask. These early communist Bulgarian badges are just so easy to fall in love with.... Unfortunately they're not too common and can often have even more obscure variations.

Thanks for the date, Ctahn! Unfortunately there was no document accompanying the badge- would have sure been nice to have it- but as rare as these are to come across, I went ahead and made an offer for it sans paperwork. Luckily, I got it.:D
