Simple answer is no.
Miniatures do exist but they are Polish or British private purchase.

As another proof that Polish makers manufactured theminiatures of the Soviet Awards - this set is offered for sale on a polish auction site now.

Three mini campaigns of allegedly Polish manufacture - Berlin, Warsaw, and VoG. Seller is asking $270 initial bid for all three.

That trio of Polish miniatures has two pieces I'm not very confident about (the flanking pair). The seller is always very confident, if not enthusiastic about his prices though.
