That's what it says on the document. Many of the documents provide a snippet of information on the recipient's position.

I'm sorry, I completely missed the fact that the badge in the first post was the badge that was awarded with the document in your own post.
I made the mistake of assuming that one member would not be posting a badge while another member posted the photo of the document.
I should have looked at the posts more carefully.
