Parade uniforms

Were the shoulderboards different for the actual parade use uniforms?

Attached is a picture of one purported to be of a parade set...
The pattern looks like Militsia but with stripes on the sides and letters CA are in metal...

It looks like a Dembel uniform as the shoulder board checkerboard pattern would be for a Prapornik and the golden stripes on the edges of the board is thicker than on the Honor Guard uniform shoulder boards.

We can also notice that the aiguilette is attached the wrong way, the uppermost part shall go under the shoulder board and be attached to the tunic there.
