Hi Airon

Tiraspol is in Moldova, so maybe that is it?

Tiraspol is in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. I believe these are diplomatic uniforms. With the outing of Igor Smirnov there is a wave of young blood and fresh faces in the PMR.

I thought the same to be diplomatic related uniforms. Anyway the personnel seems too young... could be some sort of school or Academy?

Thank you and Tommy for your help.

Re: Uniform ID

They look to be well into their 20's so they are probably full employees of the diplomatic service with a junior rank - everyone has to start somewhere.

They all pretty young there. Guy on the left is Minister of foreign affairs himself.

Gone are day days of Chernenko being carted around.

It is positive and encouraging to see younger faces in play.

As of 6th November 2012 Nina Viktorovna Shtanski has been Minister Of Foreign Affairs. Born 19th April 1977 - 35 years old when appointed.
She has been awarded the Medal "For Labour Distinction" but shows no indication of this on her uniform.

The two deputies are Vitaly Viktorovich Ignatiev (born 5th July 1980) and Igor Petrovich Shornikov (born 20th July 1978).

All three of them have daughters according to the government website.
