Idetification of 3 unifroms, 2 from ddr.

I have 3 uniforms that i would like some help identifying. First it is 2 from east-Germany that I would like to new so much as possible about. And then there is a old soviet one, I guess it is a old railway uniform?

The two DDR tunics are for the Stasi guard unit, though I am sure someone who knows more about DDR would ask to see close ups of the insignia to see if it was original or added. The third tunic is not, as far as I can tell, Soviet. I am not sure what it is.

I think the Wachregiment cufftitle looks bogus and sloppily attached.

What does the buttons on the "soviet" tunic look like?

Doug, I thought the same thing about all three items, but wasn't sure enough to post a reply.:o

And Patrick, my first thought was also the buttons on the other uniform. It may be communist, but I doubt it is Soviet.

It has the cut of a navy uniform, and that breast pocket that naval uniforms have - but I have not seen jackets with red piping around collar and sleeves. The collar tabs are pink while the piping is red. I doubt this is a legit tunic.

BTW, that regiment was named in honor of "Iron" Felix Dzerzhinsky. Those unfamiliar with Comrade Felix should look up "Cheka".:D

That last one kind of reminds me of a Romanian uniform, but I am not sure; if not then I haven't got a clue.

I had a tunic like the last one (black double breasted) but mine came originally with inappropriately added on epaulets. I believe it is rail security but the collar tabs don't belong there.
