Honorary Title "City Of Military Glory".

On 2 September 2012, Vladimir Putin conferred the Title of City of Military Glory (Город воинской славы) to the cities of Maloyaroslavets and Mozhaisk.

Who has ever heard about this Title ?

And have a look at the manner the veteran wears his "crab". ;)

There are quite a few of these Cities of Military Glory. I don't know what the full implications of the title are but there are quite a few of these cities dotted about now. No doubt lots of commemorative tourist pieces too.
