Here is and early Lithuanian Republic paper item from just after the August Coup after which Lithuania received a great amount of international recognition and before the complete collapse of the Soviet Union.

This certificate testifies to the Lithuanian citizenship of Chienene Gza Straźaik (not sure if this is a true Latin representation of the name) dated 6th September 1991.

Twenty years already.....

Nice document. It's too bad there is so much bad blood still that they are happy to sell high quality fakes as real items. Why can't all the former Soviet "sphere of influence" countries just take it lightly the way the Polish folks have?:rolleyes:
