It is the first time I've seen this flag and it is RARE on ebay; Could you tell more?

Well, my first post as moderator...

this is NOT a unit standard for a naval or naval rifles unit. It looks to be a display item, perhaps issued to a vet. Its not 1950's. Looks like 1970s or 1980s, made for display.All very postwar in material, construction, etc. Quality not nearly what one sees on real unit flags.

Value is negligable. If it were a real unit flag it would be worth quite alot.
