In regards to your question over the flag not 100% sure but my guess would be... $125 on the low side... and around $200 on the high side. Or... it's worth what someone is willing to pay.

I know I bought several banners of this type in the early 90's for $75-$100. The market was flooded with them then. Since then they have become less frequent in there availability. Still if you're going to collect banners or flags the one you're inquiring about is usually the entry level flag for a beginning collector.

Thanks guys, I got this flag for free, I traded a couple sets of cammies I got in the Marine Corp that had been in box for years, I also got Russian police fur hat in trade so I'm happy. I really appreciate the quick responses.

Forgive my lack of hospitality and welcome to the forum. Although I do not intend to dispute NTAT's entry, I for example, would offer you $40 for the banner. If you'd like to find out its true worth you are welcome to post it here for sale.

I have also seen similar offered for sale for $35-$45. Of the half dozen or so 1950's-60's Soviet Banners in the collection the most costly was $35 and least costly under $10.

As with anything, something is only ever worth what someone will pay for it.

There you have it! Your question was answered by at least three members. It appears I was way off on the price but replies from two other members lead you to a reasonable estimate.

This is the value of the forum. Honest people looking out for each other in the USSR collecting field. To coin a worn out saying;
