Hello all - I want to say first the I am very new to collecting Hungarian medals so please bear with me with some of my question I may ask with some of the Hungarian medals I have in my collection, thanks.

As for the service medals shown in this thread, they appear to be one piece constuction. The 20 year service medal I own appears to be a two piece construction.

At the moment my digital is dead and I am not able to post a photo of the medal.

They are indeed two piece construction. I believe they are glued rather than riveted (which explains the lack of a rivet)

Here is an earlier Variation of the 15 Years (15 Ev) with the different style loop.

10, 15, 20 and 25 Years were founded in 1964 with 30, 35 and 40 Years being added in the 1970's.
