Fake Supreme Soviet Deputy Badges
This is the first time that I see something like this. SO UGLY AND CRUDE!
Just for the record - a real badge (photo by Nota Bene): It was part of a uniform. And the seller words: "There is a naval academy badge (Frunze Naval Academy), two wearing copies of the Star of the Hero of the USSR, and a badge of the Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR." Well.......

How can anyone believe that this is real? It has to be one of the worst looking fakes I have ever seen.

That's a first. I have never seen a fake Supreme Soviet badge before. It's ugly, but I think that if a collector had never seen a genuine badge up close he can easily take it for an original. Alexei |

Interesting badge - looks almost right, but has a "flat" look - the background rays and the H&S looks vague. Could be, however a problematic scan.
