M-45 Medical Officer parade/walking-out/service uniform

I have this one for a couple of years and was sure I had already posted it here, but since I can't find it...
The uniform is of a very small size, which is why it is not displayed on a mannikin or a model.
It is the uniform of the type introduced in 1945 - still with two-colour collar tabs and with new buttons - altough this one still has the pre-war type buttons with crowned eagle - those were allowed during and shortly after the war and even tough the new ones were produced it was not until 1952 that they were forbidden (it was actually related to the new constitution proclaimed that year that officially changed the state emblem to the eagle without crown - before that the change of emblem was only semi-official)
Interestingly, the owner had probably only limited number of the old-style buttons, as the shoulderboards and one cuff have the new-type buttons (silver colour and no crown).
The rank stars are embroidered - this was often in this period as not enough metal rank stars of the new type were available (those became common in the late 40's) and the pre-war type were becoming more and more rare, while the soviet stars (often worn by officers during the war) were no longer that available.
The owner of this uniform (unfortunately unknown) was awarded the bronze cross of merit, bronze "meritous on the field of glory" medal, "For Odra, Nysa, Baltic Sea", V&F medal and Soviet VoG medal as well as a Grunwald Badge (here with the piece of cloth in the branch of service color underneath - it was a common practice tu put a piece of award ribbon ar a cloth in uniform colour or branch of service colour under the bedge, even though it was not officially allowed by the regulations)
Interestingly, in one of the pockets there was his previous ribbon set - without CoM and 2 buttons - probably the ones that are missing from the lower pockets (another one is missing from the cuff)
This uniform can be described as parade or service - it was worn on all the ocassions that didn't require field uniform and depending, on the occassion, with awards or ribbons.
in 1948 this model was changed to a new one, with collar tabs in one colour only, but the bigger change affected the headwear - until that date, the standard service/parade headwear was the traditional polish "rogatywka" visor cap with square-shaped crown. after 1948 it was changed to standard round-shaped visor cap (which before was worn only by some units)
