a little help

The first one i´m not sure on but I think it might be a patch for soviet troops on international missions. The lower patch is from the sixties and an officers parade patch. I think its ordinary army at kremblin guard duty.

To continue in the same direction as Sovvisor, the 1st patch is the "CCCP Sleeve Patch used for parades and units visiting other countries".

See pic coming from a website I can't post the address...

Hi,

To answer the one by one questions and others that may come, I put hereafter the B,C and D badges.

B. Military Police Sleeve Patch (Komandatura).
C. Medical/Veterinary Service Patch (This is the old magenta colored patch before it was switched to red).
D. Civil Defense Patch Type I (The Type II being the Badge E).

Picture is complete !!

Cheers.

The embroidered sleeve pathces were not specifically for officers but were issued to honour guard companies of all ranks. Officers had the gold embroidered borders running round the edges. There were also ones issued to musicians with the Lyre design embroidered onto a red background. KGB Kremlin guards also had these embroidered badges which were embroidered onto blue backgrounds. There were air force ones on a light blue background as well as paratrooper and cavalry versions which were also known to exist.
