Fascinating! I've never seen a catch-up/wounds award to a soldier still in the military (and interestingly, not very much advanced in rank).
I think he earned the Distinguished Military Service Medal for service at a "ТРБ" - "Technical Missile Base" :thumbsup Any citation for this one? |
