Here is a People's Commissariat For Justice of the RSFSR Identification to Ida L'vovna Lukatskaja, studying at the Gor'kij Judicial School in 1944.

The People's Commissariat For Justice of the RSFSR had a varying number of staff from only 90 some to just under 200 people during the 1940's, so these Documents are not very common, as shown by the use of #133 of 300 printed in the 1930's in the mid 1940's.
