Here is a group to Senior Lieutenant/Director Of The Organisational-Managerial Structures Of The Ministry Of Communications spanning from 1975 to 1989.
It contains a Title, 5 Medals and 5 Badges. Due to the unfortunate Bulgarian habit of splitting groups (almost everyone does it now - wittingly so) this group has taken 9 months to reassemble, at a total cost of around $50. Batashki is most likely still alive but I have not yet traced him.

First we have his 3rd September 1975 awarded Badge "Brigade Shockworker". Due to the fact this is an award of the Dimitrov Communist Youth Union it would mean Batashki would have been 26 or less in 1975 dating his birth to 1949 at the earliest. Awarded for Shockwork at Panagjurište "Medet" (Now Asarel Medet).

This nice early example of the Badge is hard enamelled brass unlike the later painted aluminium.

His 25th April 1976 Medal "25th Anniversary Of Civil Defence Of The People's Republic Of Bulgaria" #006336 awarded by Chief Of Civil Defence of Pazardzhik, K. Atanasov.

A 25th October 1976 awarded Badge "For Merit To Civil Defence Of The People's Republic Of Bulgaria" 2nd Class. A fairly early award as it was founded on 23rd April 1976.

His 31sr March 1978 awarded Jubilee Medal "100th Anniversary Of The Liberation Of Bulgaria From Ottoman Yoke 3 III 1978 - 3 III 1978" and 5th February 1979 awarded Title "Excellent In Ministry Of Communications".

His 1st October 1980 awarded Badge "For Merit To Civil Defence Of The People's Republic Of Bulgaria" 1st Class. Awarded by Pazardzhik.

The 1st Class Badge has a Gold suspension unlike the 2nd Class.

A 1983(!!) awarded Medal "30th Anniversary Of Victory Over Fascist Germany" #153626 and 27th August 1984 Jubilee Medal "40th Anniversary Of Socialist Bulgaria" awarded by Pazardzhik and a 31st January 1985 Jubilee Medal "40th Anniversary Of Victory Over Hitler's Fascism".

28th April 1986 awarded Honour Badge "25th Anniversary Of Service And Messages" awarded by Pazardzhik, Listing him as "Director - Organisational-Managerial Structures" (of Pazardzhik regional branch of the Ministry Of Communications).
