So "out of the ordinary" I don't know where to put in in the forum sub categories. Offered at ebay.

"Honorable Memorable Sign of the Central Committee of the CPSU “FOR A HIGH EFFECTIVENESS AND QUALITY OF A LABOUR IN THE ELEVENTH FIVE-YEAR PLAN” made at MOSCOW MINT in USSR (Soviet Union) in 1985-86.

By this sign was awarded the kolkhoz “Named after T.G. Shevchenko”, Starosambor area, Lvov region, Ukraine "

Height of a sign is 11,6 inches, height of a box is 16,4 inches;

Size of a diploma is 15,6 x 11 inches;

Total weight with diploma is 6 (!) kg.

A fascinating piece. If I had $1500 laying around I'd probably buy it (free shipping!). I was looking through the sellers other items. They have some really interesting items. A bit pricey but then good stuff should be.
