Re: Tatyana Fedorovna Denisenko (Lilitskaya), Nurse
There is a Nurse Tat'jana Ivanovna Denisenko on "the site" that fits a lot of the story here, but may indeed be a completely different person.
Ivanovna was the same rank, awarded a "For Combat Merits" in April 1945, at Stalingrad and positioned as part of the 353rd Separate Medical-Sanitary Battalion. Maybe the history of the 353rd could shed some like on to whether it was once lined up with the 1318th.

What rank did she hold? I do not see any rank on her uniform.

According to the paperwork she ended the war as a Guards Starshina Medical Service.

Re: Tatyana Fedorovna Denisenko (Lilitskaya), Nurse
At the top of the Temporary Certificate for her Combat Service Medal is the rank of "Старшину" literally "petty officer" or Master Sergeant, I think. . . As to the picture, you're right, there is no way of knowing if this photograph is, in fact, Nurse Lilitskaya, only to say the photograph accompanied the documents and could, ostensibly, be her photograph. The handwriting on the reverse of the photograph is indecipherable.

Re: Tatyana Fedorovna Denisenko (Lilitskaya), Nurse
I think in this case she would be "Matron Denisenko" in a medical context.
The "Starshina" ranks would cover Sergeant Major to Warrant Officer I/Conductor in "English". A Company Starshina would equate to Company Sergeant Major. Here's an earlier Yorkshire equivalent from the family photo album.
