Here is a booklet to Sergej Amajakovich Kashhjan. A "Cultural Worker" born 17th October 1918. The booklet doesn't state his birthday but a google search provides a little more detail of his union membership.

His daughter Irina (Born 20th August 1946) apparently followed in his footsteps.

It gets even better. I found a picture of the painting "Old Tbilisi" which he painted in 1963.
