A Reference Book with Stolen Images

Guys,

The book itself is worthless, with very little information, and some fake awards, posted as genuine. What's interesting is that all the scans used in it are in fact stolen from either other publications or the Internet. Needless to say, there is no information about the publisher.

Who is the supposed "author / writer" of this marvel ?
Please, send me directly your scans... I would also like to bring my contribution to the Soviet Awards litterature !! :D :D

No mention of the author or publishing house, just "Petersburg, 2003".
