Higher Air Force School Kazanlak Pilot Graduation Certificate.

Here is an 18th April 1946 dated Higher Air Force School Kazanlak Graduation Certificate to Spas Todorov Minchev. One of the early post war Bulgarian pilots most likely trained to fly one of the 120 Soviet IL-2s donated to Bulgaria at the end of the Patriotic War.

The photograph is a great indication of the transitional period. The tsarist crown on the insignia but Stalin's portrait on the Medal on his chest.

The certificate is a fair bit larger than A$.
