"Excellent Worker Of The Mining Industry" Badge.

Here's a badge for an Excellent Worker in the Mining Industry (could be given to anyone associated with the mines- not just miners); in case with miniature and, and this is the first time I've seen this, the miniature has it's own recess!!! Based on the case and look of the badge, I estimate this to be from either the late '50's or early '60's. This badge was begun around 1953. Because of the "glare" of white enamel against gilt, I've included a detail of the lettering.
