Order "Francisc Scorina".

Today one of the highest awards of Belarus Republic - Francisc Scorina - was awarded to famous designer Pierre Carden.

Award was established on April 13, 1995 and is awarded for cultural merit. Scorina was Belarussian writer and philosopher. Some of the famous awardees include Former Russian President Boris Yeltsin, Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, as well as some Russian singers and composers.

The pic of award is attached and looks rather cheap to me...
