Oppose America Save The Country Decoration.

This NLF Decoration was awarded in two classes, both of which are shown below, the first class being the one with the two stars on the ribbon and the gilted appearance.
This award is catagorised in a four award series and is not listed as an official award of the SRV.
The inscription reads: CHONG MY CUU NUOC (Oppose America Save Country)
