Commemorative Distinction "50th Anniversary" 26th Of July.
Not a great deal of information on this one. The date is not the problem it is the 50th anniversary of the attack on the Moncada barracks. The obverse would seem to imply that it is writers Union or maybe State library issued anniversary medal.
In addition it would most likely be classed a Distinción rather than a Medal. Medals as far as I can tell all have the Cuban State emblem as a reverse.

This one is on the small gilt suspension bar with the ribbon bar.
