A heavy, well made badge commemorating 15 years of the Slobodzia MVD. On the front at the bottom, "Slobodzia Police Department" and, on the back, a saying attributed to Peter the First. It says (best interpretation of the translation I can come up with), "The banner, that I swore to defend unto death, must stand.".
