Here is #082243 issued to Oleksandra Ivanivna Kobasa on 14th October 1996 by The Head of Komunar Regional Administration, Zaporizhzhja, V. F. Rastorcherev.

With a least 100,000 of these post-Soviet Documents being printed in Ukraine I don't know if it could be classed as "rare" (unless you compare the number with the total awarded to date, circa 16,500,000.) but it is certainly different.

The Medal that goes with the document is a rarely seen piece. These are post-Soviet production and the quality shows. Although very similar to "Umalatova" examples, they are not the same. It would be interesting to find out just who produced these post-Soviet examples.

Fortunately, this Medal and document was picked up as a pair for a couple of dollars and the companion award shines a little bit of light on the role of the recipient.

Awarded the Award Badge "Champion Of The Socialist Competition Of 1973" as a cutter of the Ministry Of Light Industry Of The Ukrainian SSR on 25th December 1973.

Here is #196164 awarded to Anna Fedorovna Siljava on 1st July 1997 by Ivankiv Regional Administration.

With a serial number that high, it would seem there are at least 200,000 post-Soviet Ukrainian examples out there.
