In a Sotheby's catalogue of an auction from 1994, I found several interesting items presented to Kim Philby.

Commemorative shield presented by the Siberian KGB in 1974 :

Official congratulatory adress presented to Philby by the KGB in 1974. Signed by Yuri Andropov, head of the KGB.

Very unusual way of awarding orders and medals:

".....You are decorated with the order of the Red Banner and the jubilee medal "In commemoration of the birthday of V.I. Lenon....(and) the order of Freindship od peoples..."

Order Badger of Honour (1970) or Order of Friendship of Nations ?
Order Lenin (1980)
