Czechoslovak State Airline Insignia.

Hello everyone, I got this badge with a group of items. I have never seen this insignia before and would anyone happen to have a clue to what it is? I am guessing that it is from the 1980s?

It is the Chest Insignia of Pilots of the Czechoslovak State Airline (Československé Státní Aerolinie). It will probably date from the late 1970's until 1993.

Here is the earlier Type of Insignia in wear that was used c1960's until late 1970's.
