Special Unit #104 Eighth Department Identification.

Here is an Identification to Boris Pavlovich Luk'janenko, an electrical welder of Special Unit #104, Eighth Department. Valid until the end of 1942.

The Eight Department was in charge of Cryptography and I believe Special Unit #104 was a relaying station.
