Democratic People's Republic Of Korea Friendship Medal.
Here is the Democratic People's Republic Of Korea Friendship Medal (조선민주주의인민공화국친선메달) which was founded in 1985. The Medal is constructed from copper alloy (similar to Orders Of The National Flag) and features the flame of Juche Idea.
This award along with the two parallel Orders is supposedly only awarded to non-DPRK citizens but that is not stuck to 100% of the time.

This was founded on 11th July 1985 (as was the Order).
The very lowest in the order of precedence but I've finally found one in wear (although incorrectly wearing the ribbon bar at the same time).
