Here is the Badge "For Merits" of the the Ministry For The Affairs Of Civil Defence, Emergency Situations And Liquidation Of The Consequences Of Natural Disasters Of The Lugansk People's Republic.

There is very little information anywhere on LPR awards, unlike their DPR counterparts.
