As faar as i can see is this a civil uniform for the aeroflot but im not shore...
Do anyone know anything about it?

well, if you like odd uniforms this is it...

looks to be a cadet for Aeroflot training ( pilot?).

Never seen one like it myself.

So this one is made from scratch? I will sell it so should I yust dump it away or is it worth anything?

well, its not worth a fortune, so if you like it, take. I really doubt they are putting together Aeroflot cadet uniforms, so youre probably ok with it beiang real.
