Orders And Medals Of The USSR, Kolesnikov/Rozhkov is a very good contemporary reference book to the legal statures of each award and a little about who were awarded - this is not reference for collecting types or variations etc.

Printed by the Order Red Banner Of Labour Military Press of the Ministry Of Defence of the USSR in Moscow in 1978. This hardback book comes in at 320 pages of text and 46 pages of colour drawings of the awards mentioned. Originally costing 95 Kopeks.
