The Gold Badge "Majstor Kol'o Ficheto" was an award of the Trade Union Of Workers Of Construction And Construction Industry. Probably founded in 1961, there are a number of variations of the Badge and Booklet.
Here is a late Type with a rather curvaceous suspension.

Here is a later document awarded to Todor Slavov Stefanov of the Economic Metallurgy Plant of Sofia Okrug on 2nd July 1981. The text under his name has been altered by having a strip of paper glued over what was originally written - most likely a bureaucratic error.
