I don't like all three of them - I believe we have discussed similar IDs earlier in this thread. An additional indication is lack of any significant wear on the spines.

OK I'll pass on them then. I had read through the thread and saw other similar documents but just wanted to make sure before I plunge into the collecting realm of NKVD documents. Thanks Alexei.

Here is another one. This document is dated 1942 and looks almost new???? This document and accompanying badge has been for sale regularly with no takers.

I don't see the usual bad hand writting, so common for most fakes, but from this scan I can't determine if it is genuine.

This document accompanies a KGB badge. I have seen this set many times and never sells. the starting price is $980 US. Way too rich for me.

Hi Keith,

this document is genuine no doubt. Also picture is original and it is person to whom this id belonged.
The reason why i'm so shore is that actually i bought this documents and they belonged to my collection. There was bigger group of documents for this person including blue covered 1939 NKVD ID.
I sold these documents some year ago.
