Marija/Margarita obviously lived well beyond 1985 but the only Ивановна Задорова hits are two seeming unrelated women - Vera and Elena.

Zadorova could have been her surname before marriage. It's possible that in 1985 she had a different surname.

What is her title? I can not make it or the Lieutenant-General's signature.

The first part of the word invokes a "volunteer," while the second implies "employee" or can be used for "mercenary." I'd go for "defense employee" or "army civilian."
