Typical of Warsaw Pact medal exchanges, this is an example of one such trinket awarded to Soviet General Kurochkin, P.A. who from an internet search was the superintendant of the famed Soviet Frunze Military Academy for senior Soviet and exchange officers. Notably this document is actually signed by East German Minister of Defense Heinz Hoffman. This document is also a smaller 8.5x11.5 cm format in a hard-cover red document. The typical East German document is much larger A4 size.

Hello desantnik - A very nice and very early example of the Brotherhood in Arms DDR document. Your award document appears to be in very good shape. And the example you are showing is more rare than the other standard Brotherhood in Arms DDR document awarded to a East German person.
