Malishev Factory banner (?)

On sale. Seller's words:

"This variable flag belonged to the large tank factory in Kharkov, named "Malishev Factory". It was one of biggest factories, which produced tanks. Besides that it was one of the largest tank factories in Soviet Union, it was considered "advanced". At this factory the newest technologies were used. Now the tanks made at this Soviet factory use armies of many countries of the world. We have bought this flag in the museum of "Malishev Factory" after the USSR was destroyed. "

I don't think it came from that factory but it is an outstanding quality flag!
