Badge for the funeral of Stalin?

On the Czerny auction there is a badge described as such. Is it real or mischaracterized?

Finely hand-made in gold. Screw-clutch on the back and serial number "4". Mourning band with celluloid section mounted interlocking and removable. In its original box, with a red ribbon with brooch.

Interesting - I don't remember having seen one of these before. The black ribbon at 5 o'clock on the wreath definitely invokes a funeral memorial item.

I am not to determine it's originality, but I don't recall seeing such badge on the photographs from the Funeral.

It may not be Soviet - it could be from a fraternal socialist country.

That could be, but the image of stalin is the same as on Soviet VoG medal. I am not certain if the ribbon is anyhow related to the badge. To be honest, the badge looks like it was placed in a box for some other decoration.
As I said - I don't say this is a fake or fantasy, but it doesn't seem to be a set with the box and ribbon.
