Why do you consider this a fake? I'm sure it's a good badge and just because it isn't in a reference doesn't mean it is a fantasy piece. If it were NKVD I'd be a little more skeptical, but it's not like there's a big demand for food production badges (unless I've been reading the collector community wrong...)

Well since I've never seen this badge around before, and since there are so many fantasy pieces around, and much cheaper badges and medals are being faked/copied that I thought I'd ask others who would be familiar with this one.

This badge is Avers-5 #166. According to them is's from 1962. I've seen it around.
