Check this one out - order of Military Banner (Flag). One of the rarest awards, a little over 100 awarded.

Nice pic of the Order of War Flag.
The award was instituted on January, 1, 1952.
Awarded to High ranking military leaders for successful management of the Armed forces SFRJU.
Up until 1985 this Order had been awarded 209 times.
