What interesting is - the medal was found in the area (Upper Silesia near polish-czech border) which was liberated by this division during March 1945. So it's very nice verification that the division (under 1st Ukrainian Front) fought there.

Thanks for the confirmation. The 391 RD was under the 2 Baltic Front until FEB 45 when it came under 1 UF.
