hello, I've seen caps visor kaki cloth visor (like the one shown here), others with maroon plastic visor (see the one in sales section) ... what is the difference please?

Khaki/sand could be old style but must have crosses swords(csla) buttons on both side or a star(snb/znb) some makersmark inside??

differents will be this is for air defence(army) see collar badges and red line at the top of the cap,but as far i can see it well the capbadge is not the armytype with sunrays behind the coat of arms it looks like lindenleafs at the back(border troops or police)
border troops green cap and wolfhead badge at the collar

ok, I've taken a photo of my two cssr caps. As you can see it:

1/ on the left, a NCO cap, kaki/brown cloth, plastic visor, no red piping.
2/ on right, an officer cap, cloth visor, red piping, kaki green cloth.

my questions:
-what are the differences between plastic and cloth visor?
-when red piping is necessary (service, parade, nCO, officer, other?)?
-are these 2 caps service or parade ?

red piping(army) & blue piping(airforce) worn since the mid 80s also start of a sunrays behind the coat of arms enlisted non,nco silver,officers gold.
cord silver nco,gold officers
there could be a small diffenent in the colour of cloth,just what was on hand on that time and there is been made some expermintal with lighther and darker colours for the mid 80s new style uniform,sorry not much info to find on it
other variations are all pre 80s there was not really a different between service and parade caps as far as i know.
