Translation Help - Page 6

Could anyone please tell me what this document is?

Attached are pictures of the booklet cover and the first two pages which contain the information about the person.

The first page is in russian and the second appears to carry the same information but in another language (perhaps Scandinavian).

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi This is a membership booklet for an russian girl I think living in Estonia.
She´s a member of Komsomol, the youth organisation. The text is in russian and estonian. The Linnakomite is the citycouncil of Narva in Estonia. She´s born in 1972 . Valid to 1988 or joined the komsomol in that year.

The document, issued in March 1988, says that she joined the Narva Komsomol in February 1988--(its not an expiration date).

It is three star general Rudy Mittich. The name sounds like Yougoslavian.
But it strange that the document has only first and last name but no surname.

I'm guessing E. German with a name like "Rudi"

Just my thoughts... What's this a photo from?

he is said to be the second in charge of stasi after mielke. his name is Rudi Mittig.

Neat award! If it's legit, that's a great piece to have. Just remember that it's easy to fake a document like that (you can buy blank order books like that for $30 each) and then combined with an "unresearchable" award, you have a very expensive, and very fake, award group.

is ok. I had my thoughts about that but the seller send me a pic of an other award with doc he had . A Vaterländishe verdienst orden in gold. It was give to this man in 1975 when he was a general major. The price for this oktober revolution order was 400 Euros. It´s not that much more that for an order with booklet and case given to anyone so I bought it.
