7, Participation in Civil War and subsequent military activities in defence of the USSR and Patriotic War (Where, When) Patriotic War, Southern Front from 10th December 1941 to 30th November 1942
8, Has had wounds or contusions during the Patriotic War, One heavy wound
9, From which time in the Red Army, From 15th July 1941 to 30th November 1942.
10, To which Regional Military Commissariat called, Hotan' Regional Military Commissariat
11, Has been awarded, Not been awarded

In the Patriotic War since 1941. Participant in the battle for the city of Smolensk. 22nd August 1942 in the region of the inhabited point Ekaterinovka, Smolensk Oblast. By order of the company commander, within the composition of the section chosen to scout was Comrade Litovka. Ordered to capture the enemy's plans or documents. In the village of Ekaterinovka was located the German staff. The section of scouts following the order crossed the front line and came upon the location of the German staff. Comrade Litovka first threw at the staff grenades, captured the staff documents and three German Soldiers, presenting them to the commander of our units. On the morning of 23rd August 1942 Comrade Litovka was heavily wounded. Consequently: Heavily damaged right shoulder bones. At the current time Comrade Litovka is not working due to invalidation.

Conclusion: Worthy of award of the Medal "For Bravery".
